Una Moore shares experience with Afghan Elections
The Center for International Development recently hosted Una Moore, who gave a presentation on her experience with observing the first entirely Afghan-run elections, in November 2010. Una is an International Consultant for the Free and Fair Election Foundation of Afghanistan, the largest domestic election monitoring organization and member of the election stakeholders coordination group, where she collected, analyzed and reported on the entire election campaign. Earlier, she served as a media relations volunteer for the Transitional Justice Coordination Group (Kabul), was a SUNY/CID research fellow, an outreach coordinator for the US Committee for Refugees and Immigrants, and an intern at the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina. She graduated from the University at Albany in 2009.
